As excitement and anticipation mounts ahead of Thursday's "big one", the Leps also face a busy week with games with three "jazz hat" clubs, all over to support England at Castle Avenue.
Wednesday brings us to Sydney Parade(1pm) to face the Free Foresters, the largest touring club on the mainland. It was a Forester, Charles Bowlby, who helped found the Leps while a teacher at Aravon. The game will be followed by a bar-b-que, all welcome.
Friday sees us entertain The Mad Hatters at St.Columba's(1pm). They were founded in a pub in St.Andrews c. ten years ago........I suppose we all have to start somewhere!! Look out for them on Thursday in their Pink/Blue/Champagne blazers.
All roads lead to Oakhill(12pm) for Sunday's match with The Gloucester Gipsies, another famous English touring club, for whom Johnny Mc Grath(Belvo & Trinity) plays.
Please come and support all three games.
