CL AGM - THURSDAY 25.5.2023

Just to confirm that the AGM took place last evening at Sydney Parade. Our thanks to Pembroke CC for hosting and to all those who attended.

The following clubs were represented:

Adamstown
Clontarf
Halverstown
Leinster
Malahide
Merrion
Pembroke
Phoenix
Rush
Terenure
The Hills
YMCA

The chairs of Youth, Women’s, Accreditation & Grounds Committees were also in attendance.

The meeting was chaired by John Heavey (Board Chair) and the financial statements were presented by Barry Tucker (Chair of Finance).

The key outcomes were as follows:

1) The audited YE2022 accounts were approved.

2) R Brophy & Company were approved as auditors for 2023.

3) Peter Lacy and Alan Lewis were re-elected as Board Directors for a further term.

The next company meeting will be the CL Autumn General Meeting.
