The dates/times and contents are as follows:
Seminar One
Thursday 10th November: A Guide to Drawing Down your Grant & An Overview of the Current Grant Landscape
7.00pm-8.30pm, Clontarf Castle Hotel, Dublin
This Seminar will be hosted on our behalf by 2into3, specialists in fundraising in the charity & not-for-profit sectors.
It will also include a specific briefing with Clann Credo which specialises in Loan Finance for community & voluntary organisations and can assist clubs in financing the ‘own funds’ component of their grant.
Seminar Two
Thursday 17th November: A Practical 'Cricket Specific' Workshop on how to prepare & submit a Sports Capital Grant
7.00pm-8.30pm, Clontarf Castle Hotel, Dublin
This workshop will also be hosted by 2into3 on our behalf and will include a practical step-by-step guide to preparing & submitting an application for new equipment and an expert perspective on pursuing larger capital grants.
This session will also include an overview of potential cricket specific equipment including portanets, mobile cages, sight-screens, rain protection, germination sheets, accessories etc from reputable suppliers with a view of projected cost.

These Seminars are being provided free-of-charge to all CL clubs and are part of our service delivery to clubs over the winter period.
2into3
In 2020/2021 2into3 completed a webinar series across Ireland to over 3000 participants in 2 months and this round of funding attracted its record amount of submissions and successful grant allocations of €181 million. The company successfully managed €10million of project proposals from 15 organisations for funding, from a variety of sports clubs and National Governing Bodies.
Facilitators
Patricia Keenan (Head of Grant Advisory Practice, 2into3)
Patricia is a Senior Consultant with 2into3 and is the lead for Ulster and the Border Counties programmes and the Capital Grants practice for all of Ireland and has decades of experience of EU and National funding across the island of Ireland.
Patricia is an experienced project manager and has led on a number of large-scale projects providing bespoke training and mentoring to a range of clients, especially in the development of private and social enterprises. This experience has spanned over 20 years and across Co. Kildare, Northern Ireland and North London. She has project managed large-scale public-funded programmes, including EU-funded schemes with a high level of accountability and governance requirements. She has also been a Ministerial appointee to a NI Public appointed board answerable to the NI executive.
David Kerley (Analyst, 2into3)
David is a member of the Grant Service team and his role is to collect and analyse data from various funding sources such as Sports Capital Grant and the LEADER Programme Funding. He has also worked on feasibility studies for Kinsale Hockey Club and Westport Golf Club. David has worked on marketing projects for internal usage at 2into3. He does extensive work on Community Consultations with most recently as part of work for Community Centres Investment Fund projects. David also assisted with the data input and analysis of the Irish Giving Index and other strategic projects.
