Club Finals to be ‘live-streamed’ next weekend

Cricket Leinster is delighted to announce that 4 of our show-piece Finals will be ‘live-streamed’ with full commentary and graphics next weekend.

On Saturday 12th September, we will be partnering with Pembroke Cricket Club to live-stream both the IBI Corporate Finance Tillain Cup and the LHW Financial Planning Senior League Cup Finals. 

This continues our successful partnership with Pembroke CC which saw the recent streaming of the two Lightning T20 wins over the North West Warriors and Northern Knights.

We also want to take this opportunity to congratulate Nigel Jones, George Dockrell and all the Lightning squad on securing their sixth IP T20 title in 8 years - a magnificent and sustained level of out-performance.

On Sunday 13th September, we will be partnering with Merrion CC to live-stream both the Goldfish Telecom YM Salver Final and the LHK Insurance Middle Cup Final. 

We are delighted to be partnering with both Pembroke and Merrion in these ventures and we enormously appreciate the support of all clubs on an ongoing basis. 

Thanks also to Railway Union and Adamstown who will be hosting the other three Finals which will all be live-scored with updates and reports throughout the day.

As always, we will have a first-class commentary team which includes Andrew Leonard, Isobel Joyce, Alan Lewis, John Anderson supported by an expert panel of cricket pundits.

Cricket Leinster is hugely appreciative of the support of all of our sponsors in making this happen - it will be the first time in which 4 Club Finals will be streamed with commentary in this way thereby opening up our club game to a wider digital audience which is especially beneficial in the context of the ongoing ‘no spectator’ rule.
