As the coach of the Cheshire under 13 side that shared a house and floor with the Leinster team, can I echo the comments of the parents and coaching staff by saying that the Leinster side, both coaches and players, were the most pleasant side we have met all season, both on and off the field and it was a privilege to spend time with them. Our boys lost on the Wednesday and I have never given an end of match talk with so many smiling faces when we heard you had beaten Yorkshire. The following day when we beat you, our lads knew that would mean you wouldn’t win the festival and they were genuinely gutted for you. I myself felt the win was extremely hollow. Congratulations on a fine season and team and hope that we see you all at Wolverhampton in 2012.
