Cricket in the Community Development Officer
The Leinster Cricket Union and South Dublin County Council
The Leinster Cricket Union through its Development Plan provides a comprehensive development pathway for all involved in the game of cricket from nursery to elite international status.
The Leinster Cricket Union has now joined forces with South Dublin County Council in a new initiative to bring its’ development programme into the community.
As a key step in this joint initiative the LCU and South Dublin County Council will work in partnership to fund the appointment of a part-time (30 hours per week) Community Development Officer for the South Dublin Area.
The Cricket in the Community Development Officer, who will be employed by the Leinster Cricket Union, will be responsible for the implementation of various LCU and South Dublin County Council cricket programmes in specific areas of South Dublin.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in the relevant areas of sports development.
