Cricket Leinster teams up with CricClubs

Cricket Leinster is very pleased to announce it has entered into a strategic partnership with CricClubs, a sports technology company to provide a world class live scoring services to all Cricket Clubs and players across Leinster.

Through this partnership, all affiliated Cricket Leinster clubs and every individual member of Cricket Leinster, who registers via the new My Cricket Leinster registration portal on the new website, will have full access to CricClubs’ platform features, including but not limited to: the CricClubs app, the CricClubs online web portal, live scoring and statistics and other tools including the new CricClubs Smart Scoreboard product.

While initially a one-year relationship, the vision is to create a long-term partnership for both parties to work closely together into the future. The partnership will also open up opportunities for clubs to live-stream their games with the innovative CricClubs Graphics Overlay API that enables any club scoring on the app to get a suite of instant broadcast quality graphics as part of the live stream feed to YouTube, Facebook Live or other online portals.

Speaking on behalf of the important partnership, Cricket Leinster General Manager, Philip Smith said: “We are delighted to partner with CricClubs and be able to offer all of our clubs and community access to their highly impressive products. The feedback on the new Cricket Leinster website from right across the community has been very strong and the CricClubs integration will be a crucial way to make the new Match Centre brilliant for all of our clubs to be able to use and the whole community to follow.”

Cricket Leinster have already begun working with CricClubs to integrate the technology into the back-end of the new Cricket Leinster website. Details about training courses for scorers and clubs will be posted tomorrow, Saturday 23rd March.
