The Spirit of Cricket is central to the playing of cricket. It is enshrined in cricket's Laws, summarised as "Cricket owes much of its appeal and enjoyment to the fact that it should be played not only according to the Laws, but also within the Spirit of Cricket. The major responsibility for ensuring fair play rests with the captains, but extends to all players, match officials and, especially in junior cricket, teachers, coaches and parents."
The purpose of Cricket Leinster's disciplinary process is to adjudicate on complaints of alleged breaches of the Cricket Leinster Disciplinary Regulations (CLDRs) or the Cricket Ireland Code of Ethics and Good Practice.
This page gives information about the process and provides links to key documents.
