GDPR Seminar for Clubs

In response to queries from Clubs, Cricket Leinster will be running a Seminar for clubs which is specifically focused on addressing the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.

The Seminar will take place on Wednesday 23rd May in the Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan (7.00pm – 9.00pm).

We have engaged Morgan Crowe who is a Partner with Leman Solicitors to deliver the Seminar and handle the Q&A session. Morgan is a solicitor qualified in Ireland, England and Wales with specific expertise in Sports Law including the following:

• Reviewing and re-drafting sports bodies’ constitutions, rules and regulations;
• Advising organisations on compliance with GDPR;
• Acting for sports bodies in Just Sport Ireland arbitrations and disciplinary matters;
• Advocating at arbitrations, including drafting detailed submissions;
• Presenting sports law lectures to CEOs and staff of Irish NGBs in the National Sports Campus;
