Cricket Leinster is pleased to announce that Gresham House is to become a Cricket Leinster sponsorship partner focused on supporting our youth development programmes.
Gresham House is a specialist alternative asset manager, offering funds, direct investments and tailored opportunities to a wide range of private investors and institutions. In Ireland, Gresham House is based on Shelbourne Road (Ballsbridge) where they employ circa 40 people.
Speaking about this new sponsorship, Philip Smith, CL General Manager noted: “This sponsorship from Gresham House will directly support our plans to achieve a major uplift in participation by young people, across the province with a special emphasis on growing the number of clubs and teams participating in competitions for young female cricketers.”
The Gresham House brand will be attached to each of the Cricket Leinster cup competitions for 2025 for girls and young women aged 18 or under.
We would like to thank Tony Dalwood (CEO, Gresham House) and Joe O’Carroll (CEO, Gresham House, Ireland) for their support in making this happen. It is very much appreciated.
Joe O’Carroll, CEO of Gresham House in Ireland said; “Gresham House is delighted to sponsor Cricket Leinster which accounts for over 50% of Ireland’s cricket-playing population. We are particularly happy to be supporting increased participation in this wonderful sport by girls and young women.”
