INCREASED COVERAGE FOR 2021 SEASON

REPORTING ON CLUB CRICKET – 2021 SEASON

As the ‘playing’ season fast approaches, we can confirm that, as per previous seasons, all matches will be available for tracking on our ‘live’ Match Centre throughout the summerwith live scoring available where our Live Scoring App (CricClubs) is being used.

We encourage all clubs/teams to live-score their matches(where possible) in order to provide maximum publicity and visibility to all games and to ensure your club members and supporters can stay connected even if they can’t be at the ground.

From a Cricket Leinster perspective, we will be endeavouring to report on as much cricket as possible in all competitions and at all levels throughout the season.

The first such fixtures will be as follows:

Monday 7th June: Balbriggan v Merrion (Jack Harper Memorial Park), SportsHub Open SL Cup

Tuesday 8th June: Phoenix v Leinster (Phoenix Park), Sprint Coatings Women’s Senior Cup

Thursday 10th June: Pembroke v Malahide (Sydney Parade), Sprint Coatings Women’s Div One

We will have a photographer at each of these games to capture all the action alongside a reporter to provide social posts and a match report for the website (Peter Boyd will be covering the Open Competitions whilst Michael Cotter will report on Women’s cricket throughout the season).
