It was honours even at the Malvern Festival as Ireland and Lancashire won one game each on Thursday.
Amy Hunter was the all-round hero for the Irish girls as they bounced back from a heavy defeat in the morning to run out convincing winners in the afternoon game.
Hunter took 2 for 0 as Lancashire were restricted to 88 for 8 - Ali Keenan (2-2) also picking up a brace.
The Instonians all-rounder then thumped 5 fours and 3 sixes in a brilliant unbeaten 54 from just 32 balls as the Irish chased down the modest target with 15 balls and 7 wickets to spare.
The Irish had struggled on a damp pitch in the morning game as Zara Matthews (4-11) and Katie Hodge (3-10) combined to dismiss them for just 53.
Sara Condron and Louise Little took early wickets to reduce Lancashire to 3 for 2, but Daisy Mullen hit 6 boundaries in her 31 not out to seal the win.
