The Sherwin O’Riordan sponsored Leinster Lightning Bolts squad has been announced for the third & final set of Interprovincial Future Series fixtures against the Emerging Knights next week as follows:
⇒ Wednesday 9th: T20 Match starting at 1.30pm
⇒ Thursday 10th: 50-Over Match starting at 10.45am
In line with the ongoing focus on player development, the squad reflects some further player rotation and will be led by Mark Donegan from The Hills on this occasion.
Adam Rosslee returns to the squad on the back of a match-winning century for YMCA at The Vineyard whilst Chris de Freitas is another name to look out for in the side, having made an unbeaten century the last time the Bolts took the field in Ardmore.

The Bolts has already completed four comprehensive wins, two over the Munster Heat in late June at The Mardyke followed by two similar results at Ardmore over the Emerging Warriors.
The Bolts will be looking to continue this form as they take on the Emerging Knights across the same two formats in what are effectively the decider games (as the Emerging Knights are also unbeaten after the first 4 fixtures).
Both games will take place at Stormont.
As before, the squad includes a good mix of players from across seven CL Premier League & Championship clubs and also some players who already featured for Leinster Lightning this season and/or in the inaugural CL Under 23 District competition (which was ultimately won by Dublin City).
In all, the Bolts will have had six fixtures (all away from home) against the other three Unions – this final round of matches will be against the Emerging Knights in Stormont on 9th & 10th August.
