Pembroke W1 vs Merrion W1 - The highlight of the Sprint Coatings Women's season as Pembroke (winners of the Senior Cup in 2011, 2014 and 2021) face Merrion (winners in 1979, 1983, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2022). It is difficult to look anywhere apart from that 2021 final, when two star studdes sides, with five internationals on each side, met in a classic in Sydney Parade. Pembroke ran up an impressive 160/5 from their 20 overs, with Mary Waldron (35), Louise Little (38) and Orla Prendergast (54) all scoring well. Rachel Delaney may have gone wicketless for Merrion, but her spell of 0-15 from four overs was critical. Merrion's international players also stood up to be counted, with Rebecca Stokell (63), Leah Paul (27) and Cecilia Joyce (31) all scoring heavily. But Orlan Prendergast's 0-22 from four overs probably clinched it for Pembroke as they won by two runs. Merrion go into the game as big favourites on account of their position as Division 1 leaders, but a side of Pembroke's quality can not be ignored.

Leinster 6 vs Sandyford 4 - Not all the results are in from the weekend's matches in Division 19, but Leinster's loss to Halverstown hasn't done much to improve their position. With seven matches left there is still a long way to go, but they do need to start winning. Sandyford were also rained off (against Carlow on Saturday) and have six games left to confirm the league title. But with Dundalk 2 still snapping at their heels, they need to keep on winning. The team's only previous meeting was on May 20 this year, when Sandyford won by 146 runs. Viswanathan Umamaheswaran scored 102 (his first hundred in what is now a 29 match career in Leinster) to get to 256/5, their highest score in their short 13 match history. Sudhakar Padam then took 4-20 as Leinster made only 110 all out.

Laois 1 vs North Kildare 2 - No preview as waiting for result of Laois 1 vs Malahide 3 yesterday.
Rush 3 vs North County 4 - Rush's match against Swords yesterday was rained off (not surprisingly) so Rush didn't get the opportunity to move up into second - and they no longer have games in hand over Finglas 1 and Tyrrelstown 2 above them. But they are still in a good position, and will go top tonight should they beat North County. North County can't be dismissed either, having three games in hand over Rush, and only 25 points behind them. In many respects, North County are the favoutites for the title, so much hangs on today's match. This will be the first time the teams have ever met in the league - all six of the previous meetings (with Rush leading the head to head 4-2) have been T20 cup matches. This year's Whelan Cup game in Kenure was won by North County by 4 wickets. Jake Devane took 4-13 (only Conor Butterly got past 12 with 45) as Rush were bowled out for 111. County didn't exactly dominate the reply, losing six wickets, but 26 from Safdar Ali and 22 from Muhammad Mubeen got them over the line with 29 balls to spare.
Carlow 1 vs Pembroke 3 - A good win for Pembroke in Mullingar in Division 5 on Firday night has kept them up with the promotion contenders, but it still remains so tight. Longford are clear at the top, but Mullingar 1, Railway Union 3, Terenure 2, Leinster 3 and Pembroke are all locked together. Carlow are down in 7th place, but will definitely get chances as some of those above them lose. They may well need to win at least three of their last six matches though. Keep an eye on a great end to the Division 6 season. The teams played each other for the first time last week. Daniel Murray scored his first century in Open Competitions for Pembroke (105) as Pembroke got to a good 283 all out, with Daire Dooley taking 4-78, his second four wicket return for Carlow 1 this season. William Beatty then took his best bowling return for Pembroke in his 35th match, talking 4-55 as Carlow collapsed to 177/9. But Robi Alam (74) had other ideas and added 76 for the last wicket with Asif Butt (8*) until Pembroke finally clung on to a catch to complete a 27 run DLS win.
Sandyford 2 vs Terenure 3 - A brilliant 4 wicket win for Sandyford yesterday over Lucan 2 has left them in a very strong position at the top of Division 12. They'll need to keep winning, but two wins from their last four games should do it. Terenure look to be safely mid table in 5th place, which is either a nice place to be (if you like security) or a boring spot to be if you like a bit of excitement. All four matches between the teams in Marlay Park have gone the way of Sandyford - twice in 2013, once each in 2014 and 2021. Sandyford batted second in three of those, with their only win batting first coming in May 2013. Senthil Kumar made 44 as Sandyford got to 111/5 from 15 overs. Donnacha Lynch then made 46, but Terenure were always just behind the rate, losing eventually by 4 runs.
Finglas 3 vs Sandyford 3 - No preview as waiting for scorecard of North Kildare 6 vs Clondalkin 3 (June 11)
Tyrrelstown 3 vs Finglas 2 - Finglas' excellent win over leaders Dundalk 1 yesterday has narrowed the gap at the top of Division 13, although still have a lead in the region of 50 points. With only four games left that will be tough to close, and Finglas need to win every game. They start today with a match against 4th place Tyrrelstown, who are looking like finishing in the middle of the table, safe from relegation but too far away from the promotion spots. The only previous meeting was this year on May 21 when Tyrrelstown won by 5 wickets. Finglas batted first, but no one got past 20 as Shubham Singh (3-7) and Mysura Reddy (3-20) did most of the damage. Tyrrelstown slumped to 47/5 before Sharath Goud Yerakala (30) and Reddy (14) knocked off the required runs.

Phoenix 4 vs North County 3 - No preview as waiting for result of Clondalkin 1 vs Phoenix 4 (on Saturday)
Adamstown 4 vs North Kildare 4 - Saturday's rain helped Adamstown 4 move off the bottom of Division 12 and they no longer have a game in hand over North Kildare. But both teams need to start winning with four games left, and the loser today will be in big trouble. Their one previous meeting was on June 25 this year, when multiple contributions from the North Kildare batters (Zohaib Ullah Khan 64, Muddasir Zeb 38, Sameer Maddali 41*) got North Kildare to a very good 249/8 with Paras Komati getting 3-36. Adamstown put up a good reply, with runs for Sridhar Janardhanan (34), Sidharth Biju (34) and Yuvraj Shah (36), but they were always slightly behind, making only 218/8 from their 40 overs, Abid Ali taking 3-32.
