North County 1 vs Leinster 1 - A first Leinster Senior Cup game between these two since May 2013, when North County won by 111 runs in Rathmines. Adam Coughlan made 110 for North County, as they ran up 303/8. In rpely, only JP O'Dwyer made runs (55), as Leinster fell well short. In 126 senior matches for North County and Malahide, that was Coughlan's only senior hundred, to go along with twelve 50s. O'Dwyer is at 12th in the all time list for senior 50s for Leinster CC with 24
Railway Union 1 vs Rush 1 - Like North County and Leinster. this is the first time the teams have met in the Leinster Senior Cup since May 2013. Pat Collins dominated the match for Railway, taking 4-26 to dismiss Rush for 213, before scoring 120* as Railway eased home by 6 wickets. That was the second time that month that Collins had scored a hundred and taken at least four wickets in a senior match. He got 102 and 7-33 against Phoenix three weeks before. For Rush Chaiyapron Burke took 4-50, his best bowling at home for Rush, in a career that has (so far) yielded 27 senior wickets at 37.85.
Malahide 1 vs Clontarf 1 - One of the great Leinster Senior Cup rivalries, with Malahide leading the head to head 10-7. The first seven matches between the teams in this competition were all won by Malahide, with Clontarf not winning their first match until June 1976. Since then it has been cut and thrust, although Clontarf have won the last three, with there not being a meeting since the 2014 final in The Hills. Peter Saville took 5-40 as only Eoghan Delaney passed 50 with 57 - Clontarf reaching 215/10. At several points Malahide looked like they were in control - 66-0 and 84-2 before a collapse saw them fall to 133-8 and 171 all out, with Joe Morrissey taking 4-41.

Adamstown 1 vs Laois 1 - The Division 5 table is taking shape, with Adamstown looking in a good position, winning their four matches to see them in second place with a game in hand over Malahide 3. Laois are struggling at the bottom after losing their first two. Laois do lead the head to head 2-1, with the three matches being played across 2021 and 2022, and Laois winning both previous matches in Corkagh Park. Last time out, the Laois bowling attack were the heroes, as Kamran Sabrie, Clinton Auret, Usama Raees and Osama Khan all took wickets to bowl Adamstown out for 58, their lowest innings total at home.
Clontarf 5 vs Pembroke 4 - Clontarf have fallen off the pace in Division 10, losing three matches (with a rained off match) to be 7th. Pembroke are part of a mid table pack, but with a 2-1 record and games in hand, could be up to second tonight. The teams have already played the reverse fixture with Pembroke winning by 35 runs. Brendan Ferres scored 106 for Pembroke as they totaled 242/4. It was Ferres' third hundred for Pembroke, and his first for Pembroke 4 (in his 46th match for the fourth team). He comes third on our list of highest run scorers for Pembroke 4 (since 2011) with 1402 runs at 34.2. Top is Sk Ahmed Zibran Shovon with 1826 at 40.58. In reply Selvin Nakka scored 73 and Arpit Parnami 67*, but Tarf finished well short.
Wicklow County 2 vs Swords 3 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Tyrrelstown 5 vs Merrion 7 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.

Carlow 4 vs Greystones 4 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Rush 2 vs Clontarf 3 - Not the best of starts in Division for these two teams, lying in 6th and 7th place respectively. The highest individual score recorded in the fixture is Paul Ryan's 113 for Clontarf in Rush in 2021. That is Ryan's only century in Leinster cricket we have on record, covering 293 matches. He also scored more runs than Rush that day, as they were bowled out for 103, Ryan completing a fine day with 3-20. The best bowling figures in the fixture are Nicholas Donnelly's 6-52 in Castle Avenue in September 2015. Unfortunately, that resulted in another big Clontarf win, as Donnelly's performance was trumped by Daniel Ashton's 110 as Clontarf scored 244/9, before bowling out Rush for 81.
Knockharley 3 vs Malahide 6 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Lucan 2 vs Sandyford 2 - Lucan are flying high in Division 12 with four wins and a loss so far. Sandyford have only played three matches, and are down in 5th place with two wins and a loss. Both of the previous matches between the teams in St Catherine's Park have gone the way of Lucan. In last year's Division 12 match, Sandyford collapsed to 93 all out, with the wickets being shared around the Lucan bowling attack. It wasn't an easy chase though, as they slumped to 59-7 and 72-8. Anuj Kumar Sharma (14) and Muni Mohan Krishna Pothuluri (12) added 24 runs to see Lucan home by 2 wickets.
Civil Service 2 vs North Kildare 2 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Naas 1 vs North County 4 - Naas' second match of the weekend, after they played in the Whelan Cup yesterday. Today it is back to Division 11, where they are surprisingly bottom after losing their first three matches on the field. North County have completed just the one match, beating Swords 2 all the way back on April 8 - that is a long way between completed matches! Their last loss in a league game was against Finglas last August 6th. In all matches this year, Umar Khan is North County 4's leading run scorer with 180 runs at 45, and their leading wicket taker is Jake Devane with 9 wickets at 9.11. For Naas 1, their leading run scorer is Nirmal Kandwal with 182 runs at 92, and their top wicket taker is Ravi Shokeen with 6 at 10.17.
Leinster 3 vs Longford 1 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
The Hills 4 vs Castleknock 3 - Division 16 is looking like a tight league, but no one has started as well as Castleknock 3, who sit in second place with four wins from four. The Hills 4 are just behind them, but have played two games more and have lost a couple. The sides have met three times previously, with all three matches being in Division 17. Last August, The Hills made 234/7, with Tom Mullen scoring an excellent 103. That was his first hundred for The Hills, after scoring 109 for Terenure 3 in July 2016. Both teams kept chipping away at each other - Castleknock were on top at 69-0; The Hills at 168-6 and maybe Castleknock again at 202-7. But it needed a last wicket partnership of 14 between Imran Mahmood (29) and Arshad Mustafa (5) to see Castleknock home by 1 wicket, the third 1 wicket win of Castleknock 3's history.
Phoenix 5 vs Terenure 3 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Swords 2 vs Tyrrelstown 2 - Remarkably, these two teams are coming to the end of their league season. After today, Tyrrelstown will have five games left, and Swords only three. All the other teams in the division have played far less, so it is far too early to worj out where these two really stand. Tyrrelstown are top having only lost one match, with Swords in third - but losing four. Despite all those matches, only two Swords players have got to 100 runs, with Bilson Kuruvilla leading the way with 175 runs at 21.77. With the ball, the top wicket taker is Prijin Joy Kurian with 11 at 17.55. For Tyrrelstown, Vamsi Mukollu has 288 at 72, and Sairam Goud Ayella has taken 17 wickets at 8.35, placing him 5th in all matches in Open Competitions.
Halverstown 2 vs Dundalk 2 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Mullingar 1 vs Terenure 2 - Two mid table teams in Division 6, although Mullingar 2 are still unbeaten. Mullingar won the first five times these teams met, but since July 2018, Terenure have been on a winning run. Mullingar's last win in Mullingar was in May 2018 in a slightly odd match in Division 6. Terenure traveled to Westmeath several players short, and once Woody O'Neill had taken the first four wickets, the game was over. Terenure were all out (seven wickets) for 45, and Mullingar won by 10 wickets from only 9 overs. We only have two 10 wicket wins for Mullingar 1 on record, and both of the were in 2018, the other when they chased Merrion 5's 88 all out in Bird Avenue.
Merrion 5 vs YMCA 4 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Finglas 3 vs Rush 4 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Malahide 5 vs Leinster 5 - Leinster's second league match this weekend. Two wins and they could move from bottom to third in the league. Malahide are already mid table with a 1-2 record, and could do with a win to really establish themselves as title contenders. There have only been three matches between the teams, with Leinster winning all three. The most recent of which was a Junior Cup game at the end of April. It was a tight game, but all the big performances went Leinster's way, resulting in a 12 run win. Qudratullah Ismail Khail scored his second career 50 (he added two more last weekend!), scoring 72 to take Leinster to 132-7. Malahide got off to a solid start, but lost two wickets with the score on 59, and were up against it from then on. Harshad Kadam took 4-10, his best bowling in Leinster in his fourth match, and Tom Empsall took 4-28, also his career best in Leinster.
Wexford Wanderers 3 vs Sandyford 3 - Sandyford 3 look imperious at the top of Division 18, with five wins from six matches (and a no result). There are still lots of chasers (North Kildare 6 have not even played a game yet!), but Wexford Wanderers need to start winning if they are to catch Sandyford up. In the return league payment in April, Wexford were bowled out for 113 with Ubaid Khan taking 4-26 (his best bowling for Sandyford in a 22 match career since 2019). Sandyford knocked off the runs with 13 overs and 5 wickets to spare.
Bagenalstown 1 vs Clondalkin 1 - The bottom two in Division 8 meet in McGrath Park. Their one previous meeting was a 2021 Inter Cup match with Bagenalstown's Bernard O Mara being the hero. Clondalkin made 156-7 with Md Khurshid Anowa topscoring with 156/7. O'Mara held the innings together, scoring 58* from number 3, as Bagenalstown won by 5 wickets with a ball to spare. Bagenalstown are yet to win any of their six matches this season, whilst Clondalkin are 2-3.
Clondalkin 2 vs Slieve Bloom 1 - Slieve Bloom travel to Tymon Park in Division 14 after back to back wins - the first time they have achieved that since August 2019, when they beat Civil Service 2 at home and North County 3 away. This is a first meeting between the teams, although Bloom did play Clondalkin 1 twice in 2018, sharing the matches. Zeeshan Saleem is Clondalkin 2's leading run scorer for the season with 173 runs at 57.67, with their leading wicket take being Nayemur Rahman with 10 wickets at 5.2.
Laois 3 vs Athlone 2 - Athlone 2 are lurking in sixth place in Division 15, having won both of the matches they have played. Laois are up in third, but have lost three. The sides met twice in 2021, with each team winning their home match. Laois won the home match in Stradbally by 33 runs, with their victory being set up by the bat of Ahsan Pervaiz who hit 60 (one of five 50s scored for Laois in a 67 match career since 2016) with NJ Chandradasa taking 4-31 (his best bowling in 39 Cricket Leinster matches) to restrict Laois to 180 all out. Athlone were always struggling though and from 87-6 had no chance, eventually succumbing for 147.
Kilkenny 2 vs Lucan 3 - Sixth hosts seventh in Division 17, with both teams needing to start winning if they are going to challenge. Kilkenny are 4-2 across all Division 17 and Minor Cup matches, Lucan 3 have only played three matches in the same competitions, winning one and losing two. Not surprisingly, no Lucan player has yet accumulated enough runs or wickets this season to be noteworthy. For Kilkenny, Ahsan Tasleem has scored 170 runs at 42.5, and Lintu Regi has 6 wickets at 13.33
North Kildare 6 vs Clondalkin 3 - No preview, as previous matches this season involving at least one of these teams still to be processed.
Adamstown 5 vs Tyrrelstown 3 - Adamstown have got off to a poor start in Division 13, losing the three matches completed on field, whilst Tyrrelstown are up in second place, unbeaten with two wins, a no result and a walkover win. The sides met twice in 2022 with Tyrrelstown winning both matches. In the match played in Corkagh Park 2, only Faisal Iqbal with 53* really contributed, as Adamstown made only 135/10 with Praveen Rokkam taking 4-32. That was Faisal's highest score in 48 innings in Leinster cricket (and his second 50) and Praveen's best bowling in 24 matches since 2020. Tyrrelstown knocked off the runs for the loss of six wickets.
Castleknock 4 vs Ongar 2 - Castleknock 4 in third place in Division 19, host the leaders, Ongar 2. No previous matches between the teams, so a quick look at the players to watch out for. Rajkiran Pucchakayala is the only Ongar player to pass 100 runs this year with 173 runs at 34.6, whilst Castleknock 4 also have only one player getting to the milestone - Sajid Imran with 106 at 26.5. With the ball, Azgar Baig (11) and Umer Chughtai (9) are the leading wicket takers for Castleknock, and Adithya Annam (13) and Arun Reddy Katheri (12) for Ongar.
Ashbourne 1 vs Adamstown 3 - Third place Adamstown travel to leaders Ashbourne in this Division 9 clash. With the division being so tight, neither team can afford to sit back and relax, and although the winners will be in a good position, they will be a long way from relegation safety. Ashbourne have won three of the five matches between the teams, but Adamstown won their recent meeting, on May 14 this year. Adamstown's batting was a real team effort, scoring 236/9 with no one getting more than Parvesh Mehla's 40. Amandeep Matharoo's 4-30 left Ashbourne in all sorts of bother at 43-5 before 56 from Kotireddy Yarrabotula brought some respectability to Ashbourne as they finished on 165/10.
Balbriggan 4 vs Adamstown 7 - Adamstown 7 are unbeaten in Division 17, sitting in second place with four wins and a rained off match. Balbriggan are down in fifth place with 1-2 with this being the second game of a double weekend. Two wins could see them up to third place. The teams met on May 7 in the reverse fixture. Adamstown ran up a distinctly useful 251/9 with Mohan Kumar Satyanarayana top scoring with 58. That was Adamstown 7's highest total in 54 completed matches. In reply, only 85 from Amkela Nontso averted a complete disaster for Balbriggan as they were bowled out for 181, Satyanarayana also taking 4-28. For Nontso, that is his highest score in 19 innings in Leinster. For Satyanarayana, he is the only player to take four wickets and score a 50 for Adamstown 7.
