New Chair of CL Youth - 2021

Cricket Leinster is pleased to advise that the Board has appointed Meena Baskarasubramanian as Chair of the Youth Committee in succession to James Forbes who has completed a very successful 2-year term.

Our thanks to James for his leadership and participation on the Youth Committee over recent years especially during the challenges associated with Covid-19 during the abbreviated 2020 season.

As most people will know, Meena is already an independent director on the CL Board and has significant experience in underage development in her professional capacity with the Educate Together organisation and as one of the founders of Adamstown Cricket Club.

She is passionate about youth development and will be a strong advocate for the youth committee at both Cricket Committee and Board level.

Please join us in welcoming Meena to this new role - she is joining a strong existing Committee with exciting plans to further grow and develop youth cricket in Leinster.
