Details of incident/Action taken - Merrion 8 played a match on the same day that Merrion 6 gave a walkover against Wexford Wanderers 1 in the Middle 2 Cup.
Merrion 8 were found to be in breach of 9.4.4 of the General Playing Regulations, and were penalised the 23 point they won in the match (0 from 25). The match was removed from the record of Mullingar 3
