The relevant regualations for those matches that are not refixed are as follows
9.3.3 Penalties for non-compliance with re-fixing regulations
9.3.3.1 If the clubs are unable to arrange a date within a period of 14 days of the original match both teams will be penalised 25 league points.
9.3.3.2 Should there be any reason, e.g. Ground closure, that would prevent the re-scheduling of the match within the entire 14 day period the OCC may at its discretion recommence the 14 day period from a set date.
9.3.3.3 The OCC reserves the right, on appeal, to suspend a points penalty against either or both teams.
9.3.3.4 Should the teams not be able to agree on a date the OCC will select a date, usually but not limited to the three dates provided for above.
9.3.3.5 Where the Committee is satisfied that reasonable attempts have been made without success to find a new date, it may declare the fixture void.
