The ‘Senior’ Averages cover the Premier and OCD2 Leagues and the Leinster Senior Cup. They do not include the Irish Senior Cup, the National Cup or the Alan Murray T20 competition.
The qualifications for inclusion in the averages are:
Batting: 500 Runs
Bowling: 25 Wickets
All Rounder: 500 points [with a minimum of 12 wickets and 250 runs].
Five players scored over 1000 runs taking all forms of cricket into account. With 352 runs in the ISC, John Anderson overtook his rivals to take the top spot with 1179 runs. He was followed by Matt Ford [1144] Stephen Doheny {1122], Malcolm Nofal [1109] and Dom Joyce [1044].
Poonish Mehta took most wickets with a grand total of 47. The other big wicket takers were Joe Carroll [44] and Nofal and Pienaar [41].
Patrick Tice retained his place at the top of the table for wicket keeper dismissals, bringing his total to 46 for the season. He was closely pressed by Robert Forrest on 40. The next highest was Jamie Grassi on 32
