The Leinster Cricket Umpires & Scorers Association (LCUSA) will, during this season, endeavour to extend its provision of appointed umpires to a greater number of matches in Divisions 5-16. 

 

Captains of teams in these divisions are reminded that emails will be sent to them advising them of appointed umpires to their matches. If weather conditions are so poor that it is clear that no play can possibly take place on the appointed day, contact should be made with the Appointments Secretary of LCUSA, Peter Thew on 086-305-4164 at the earliest opportunity so that he can he can prevent the umpires from travelling. This will avoid clubs being billed for unnecessary travel expenses.
