A two horse race between Leinster 5ths and Pembroke 4ths with Merrion 6ths having an outside chance of getting into the mix for promotion. At the bottom of the table Dublin University 2nds fate is out of their hands as they have completed their fixtures. The Irish Women's XI also woudl appear to be in some trouble and woudl need a run of good results to overtake Wicklow County 2nds.
R Valson [Balbriggan] is the first player from the lower divisions of the OC to exceed 300 runs in a single league. But the highest average in the division is held by D Aston of Clontarf who has scored two centuries in three games. In all six centuries have been scored in the division. A Quasim, also of Balbriggan, is the first player from the lower divisions to exceed 20 wickets.
