SPORTSHUB SENIOR LEAGUE CUP ROUND-UP – MAY 7TH

There were wins for YMCA, Cork County, Clontarf and Merrion in Group A, as the top 2 strengthened their grip on the semi-final spots as we moved past the half-way point in the group stage. David Delany’s 4/15 was the stand out performance in the group, as ‘Tarf skittled Balbriggan for just 49 in a big win.

Meanwhile, in Group B, a century from Lorcan Tucker was the highlight in a huge win for Pembroke over The Hills, whilst there were also wins for Railway Union and North County, with Phoenix winning the tightest game of the day in Terenure, as they chased down 231 with just 2 balls and one wicket to spare.
