Two home and two away wins saw YMCA dent Malahides progress, Leinster show their international class, Merrions batting was too strong for The Hills and Clontarf overcome Phoenix due to a big score from Robyn Searle.
Malahide vs YMCA (The Village)
YMCA 181/3 off 20 overs (Siuin Woods 70, Gaby Lewis 42, Sarah Forbes 41*, Arlene Kelly 1-24, Maria O’Halloran 1-32, Beth Deacon 1-5)

YMCA won by 72 runs
The visitors set an imposing total with all their top order making runs. Despite having only 9 players available a solid effort in the field, epitomised by the key first ball wicket of Bella Armstrong taken by Alice Tector, saw the home team unable to keep up with the rate and finish 72 runs short.
Leinster vs Pembroke (Rathmines)
Pembroke 134/5 off 20 overs (Mary Waldron 36, Clare Shillington 56, Laura Delany 2-33, Sophie MacMahon 1-24, Ava Canning 1-11)

Leinster win by 5 wickets
The early wicket of the returning Orla Prendergast was key for Leinster as they restricted Pembroke to 134 off their 20 overs. Clare Shillington top scored with 56, ably supported by Mary Waldron with 36. Leinster’s international bowlers all performed well with Ireland skipper Laura Delany taking 2-33.
Laura continued her telling performance with 36 before being run out and her partnership of 76 with Sophie MacMahon was the key driver to a last over victory for the home side.
Merrion v The Hills (Anglesea Road)
Merrion 182/6 off 20 overs (Rebecca Stokell 51, Polly Inglis 46, Chloe Ericson 1-39, Tara O’Brien 1-15)
The Hills 107/7 off 20 overs (Musonda 28, Ericson 21*, Rachel Delany 2-16, Sophie Stewart 2-15, Leah Paul 1-28, Celeste Raack 1-14)
Merrion won by 75 runs
Merrion set a formidable total thanks to their top order fired with Stokell and Inglis scoring well and a healthy 34 extras. In reply Leah Paul got the key wicket of Musonda just as she was starting to motor and despite decent starts down the order the asking rate was just too high.
Phoenix vs Clontarf (Phoenix Park)
Clontarf 184/2 in 20 overs (R Searle 90*, Julie McNally 44*, Nevedha Saravanarajan 1-24, Arisha Foysal 1-46)
Phoenix 100/8 in 20 overs (Lucy McDonough 23, Ali Keenan 21*, Alice Walsh 4-16, Sinead Thompson 2-7, Emma Butler 1-22, Freya Sargent 1-21)
Clontarf won by 84 runs
A stunning innings of 90 off 62 balls by Robyn Searle gave Clontarf the platform they needed to take this game away from Phoenix. She was supported by Julie McNally with 44* off 33 balls. Nevedha Saravanarajan took 1-24 and Arisha Foysal 1-46.
In reply Phoenix set about their target with zeal with an opening partnership of 26 at more than a run a ball. But regular wickets stole their momentum and a brilliant 4-16 from Alice Walsh took out the middle order. A game performance saw Phoenix bat the innings but they were unable to keep up with the rate.
