The Leinster U17 Girls Squad have been very busy over the last 3 weeks. Training days with their coaches Rob O’Connor and Vanessa Kelada in Railway Union, two very challenging and exciting warm up matches against the Irish U15 Girls squad and all culminating in the MBD Festival held in Malvern College and Colwall Cricket Club. This was the first year that Leinster have ever entered a team into an U17s Festival and it was a tough but worthwhile experience for the girls. They won 2 out of the 5 matches at the Festival and won one of the two warm up matches against the Irish U15 Girls squad. All the summary match reports can be found below.
